SABS specification designed and produced timber framed houses have been distributed along the entire eastern seaboard of SA over the last ten years and we are considered leaders and innovators in this field. Currently proposals are being looked at for delivery of containerized timber frame units north of SA and also into the United Kingdom and Australia.

Structural components are pressure treated treated to SABS specifications as well as a water repelling wax additive.
Treated components which are individually available include:

• 22 and 32mm weatherboard siding (shiplap or half round design)
• 32mm ribbed decking
• underflooring
• 38 x 114mm framing
• 22 and 32mm fascia (barge) board
• Coverstrips and roofing material.

Products which are available individually include:

• Various tongue and groove flooring and ceiling board.
• cornicing
• quadrants
• skirting board
• 22 x 44mm and 70mm framing
• door architraves and window reveals.
